The resort staff were very attentive and friendly. The team prepared our room with flowers and cakes. I also found the resort's views of the surrounding landscape amazing.
The boat seating cover was worn and had loose threads. The air conditioning on board was also not properly working. These issues should not occur during the summer season.

A Decent Stay, Some Issues Observed

The boat ride to the location was smooth. The boat was very clean. The staff were warm and helpful, which improved the experience. The food tasted delicious.
The villa lacked privacy, a fact that was disappointing. The fences and artificial grass diminished the dream of oceanfront luxury. The single road shared by electric service vehicles and guests felt chaotic. This was uncomfortable, especially for families.

the complimentary valet parking was helpful upon arrival at the port. we received smoothies with dates and bananas. the check-in was quick, then we took a short boat trip to the hotel. our room had a beautiful sand and water view. a nice outdoor balcony. the bed was large, and we had complimentary water, tea, and coffee. the bathroom included a tub, big shower, and two sinks with elemis products.
i think the american diner needs to improve its food. i found it didn't quite match the otherwise high standards of the resort.

breakfast was AMAZING!!! they had an indian corner, pastries, a kids' area, and a honey station. there was also a pancake, waffle, and french toast station. fresh juice and fruit. i especially liked the eggs benedict and spanish latte.

Really good Service and Beautiful Facilities

The staff was wonderful. Majid and Ishaque stood out. Sheran from recreation provided excellent customer service. He even made a special drink I highly recommend. The room attendant, Ms. Nway from Myanmar, was always smiling and ensured our comfort.
